I,ESTHER DARNEY,of East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named sell all my real
estate situate in East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
from the proceeds of the sale,I hereby direct my Executor to pay and distribute
the same in accordance with Paragraph 3 hereof.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,
personal or mixed,vested or contingent,wherever situate,unto my children and
grandchildren in the following proportions:Elizabeth Abraham,one-seventh;
Joseph J.Darney,one-seventh;Dennis Darney,one-seventh;Dan Darney,one-sev-
enth;Dorothy Bobach,one-seventh;Lenora Molish,one-seventh;and to my following
grandchildren a one-seventh share to be divided equally among them,Andrew Darney,
Jr.,Richard Darney,Dennis Darney,Rose Janet Darney and Kathleen Darney.If any
of the persons above referred to shall predecease me,then I give,devise and be-
queath his or her respective share unto their heirs at law.
