being ofsound mind.memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST I do hereby declare that my correct name is Henry F.
Burgess.A number of years ago,for personal reasons,I
assumed the name of ThomaS T.Wright and have been known
by that name during all the years that I have lived in
Charleroi and have acquired property,both real and persona
and have had the same conveyed to me and I now hold title
to the same in the name of Thomas T.Wright.-------------
SECOND I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executor,hereinafter named,as soon as may be
possible,after my decease.----------------
THIRD I give,devise and bequeath unto Margaret Claybaugh,Robert
Claybaugh,Jr.,Gerald Claybaugh,Betty Jane Claybaugh and
Thomas Claybaugh,children of Robert Claybaugh,Sr.,all my
household furniture and fixtures of every description.-----
FOURTH I give,devise and bequeath unto my Son,E.H.Burgess,my
two lots of ground situate in the Township of carroll,
vashington County,Pennsylvania and known as Lots No.53
and 54 in John G.Sampson's plan of Grandview and being the
same lots conveyed to Thomas T.Wright by John G.Sampson,
et ux,by deed dated March 2nd,1906.--------1
FIF'I'H 11 the rest residue and remainder of my estate,real,per-
sonal or mixed,of which I shall die sei~ed and possessed,
or to Which I shall be entitled after my decease,I give,
devise and bequeath unto Margaret Claybaugh,Robert Clay-
baugh,Jr.,Gerald Claybaugh,Betty Jane Claybaugh and
Thomas Claybaugh,children of Robert Claybaugh,Sr.,to be
divided among them equally,share and share alike.
Should any of the above named children be under the age of
twenty-one years at the time of my decease,I hereby appoint
The Charleroi Savings and Trust Company,o,f Charleroi,Penn~
sylvania,to be the Testamentary Guardian of the estates of
such of them as may be under the age of twenty-one years.
I hereby authorize,empower and direct my Executor,herein-
after named to sell and dispose of any and all real estate
of which I may die seized or possessed or to which I may be
entitled at the time of my decease,at either public or
private sale,at such time or timeS and on such terms and
conditions and for stlch price or prices as to him may seem
proper,and to execute,acknOWledge and deliver good Deed a
Deeds of ·conveyance therefor to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof,without the purchaser being required to see t a the
application of the purchase money.This shall be a confinu
ing poWer and -may be exercised at any time while any part
of my estate remains unsettled.----------------------------
SIXTH I do hereby expressly direct that my Executor,hereinafter
named,Shall have full,complete and exclusive authority to
have charge of ahd to make all arrangements for my funeral
and burial Without interference from any of my relatives or
any of the legatees herein named.,1
