LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
VWe,whose names are hereunto subscribed,do hereby certify
that Mary M.Blayney,the Testator,subscribed her name to ~his
instrument in our presence,and in the presence of each other,and
at the same time declared in our presence and hearing that this in
strument was her last will and testament,and we at her request si n
our names in her presence,as attesting witnesses.
I,Mary M.Blayney,of Claysville,Pa.,county of ~ashington,
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make and publish this
my last Will and Testament,revoking all formrr wills by me made.
First.I direct that my funeral expenses,charges of administratio
of my estate,and all debts be paid out of my personal property,d
a small marker be placed at my grave.
I direct my executors to distribute my small personal effect
to the persons whose names they find on them or attached to them.
I also direct that the bond transferred to me by Chas.W.
Blayney be returned to htm.
I give and bequeath tm the pastor of Imaculate Conception
Church of Washington,Pa.,the sum of Two Hundred ($200)Dollars,
to be used for Masses.This amount to be paid within 30 days after
my death.
I give and bequeath to the ~acred Heart Church of Claysville,
Pa.the sum of Two Hundred ($200)Dollars.
I give and bequeath to Pearl H.Buchanan the sum of One Hund
red ($lOO)Dollars.
I direct my Executors to sell,as soon as possible,my real
estate,if I possess any at the time of my death,and add the pro·
ceeds to my personal account.
After all my debts are paid,the balance is to be given to
my Brother,John Bruce Blayney.
I direct my executors to give my clothes to the Salvation
Army.and all my household goods to John Bruce Blayney.
I appoint Samuel D.White and Chas.L.McDonough,both of
Claysville,Pa.to be the Executors of this,my last will and test -
