I.the undersigned,Anna L.Davis,of Lincoln Heights,
Washington Co'mty,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and declare the
following to be my last will and testament:
1.I give and devise unto Robert F.Meredith,absolutely
and in fee simple,my large house at Lincoln Heights,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and part of the lot of ground on which it
is erected,which part fronts 60 feet on Roosevelt Boulevard,
and runs back therefrom a distance of 90 feet,of even width.
2.I give and devise unto Rosco T.Gadson,absolutely and
in fee s~mple,my small house at Lincoln Heights,ashington
County,Pennsylvania,and part of the lot of ground on which it
is erected,which part fronts 60 feet on Pine Alley and runs
back therefrom of even width a distance of 90 feet.
3.All of the residue of my estate,real,personal and
mixed,of every kind and nature and wherever situated,I give,
devise and bequesth unto said Robert F.Meredith,absolutely and
in fee simple.
4.I appoint as Executor of this,my last will and
testament,Lloyd O.Hart,Esq.,of Washington,Pennsylvania,if h
survives me,otherwise I appoint as Executor thereof his son,
William C.Hart,of Washington,Pennsylvania,who is an Attorney
at Law.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
