memory,and understandin.g,herebJ make,pUblish,and declare this
my Last Will and Testament (hereby revoking any other will or wills
heretofore b,.me made),in manner and form following,towit:
1.I give,devise,and bequeath,unto each of my
children,Walter Hart,Dunning Hart,Helen Hart Shriver,and
Blanche Hart Grandstatf,one-fifth,and unto my brother,James
G.Hart,the remaining one-fifth,of my/estate,of whatsoeYer
kind,wheresoever situate.My wite,Myrtle Hart,having wilfully
and maliciously deserted me and having persisted in said desertion
for a period of more than one ,.ear,I leave nothing 1D her,aDd
direct that she not ~njo~any right or share .in my estate or in
the settlement thereof,of any kind whatsoever.
2.I authorize and direct my executor hereinafter named
to sell and convert into cash for the purpose of distribution of
my estate as aforesaid,all real estate of which I ma,.die seized,
wheresoever situate,as soon as sale thereof may be reasonably
consummated atter my death,at public or private sale,without
order of court,in such manner,upon such terms and conditions,for
such prices,and for such tnterests or estate~as to my said
executor in its discretion may seem wise and proper,and to make,
e;tec.ute,acknowledge,verir,.,and deliver,to the purchaser or
purchasers thereot,a deed or deeds,or other proper conveyances
or assurances for the same,as fully as I Dl7self could do if liviag.

Union Trust Company,of Washington,Pennsylvania,as executor of tilis
my Last Will and Testament,without bond.
