to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as possib18A
I,Grover C.Hemphill,residing on Florence Avenue,
in the Borough of Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do make this my last Will and Testament,thereby making null
and void and of no effect any Will or Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
First:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of the
estate belonging to me at the time of my death and remaining
after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses,whether real,
personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate,I do hereby give,
devise and bequeath to my Wife,Sylvia Anna Hemphill,if she be=
then living;if she should predecease me,then to my two sona,
Joseph Voy Hemphill and Robert Walter Hemphill,in equal shares.
Third:I nominate and appoint my son,Joseph Voy
Hemphil~to be the Executor of this,my Will,without bond.
Witness my hand and seal this ~day or January,
1944.

named,Grover C.Hemphill,as and for his last Will and Testament,
in the presence of u~who have hereunto subscribed our names at
his request as witnesses hereto,in the presence of the said testator
and of each other.
