LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA GUZY DRAHUSHAK,a/k/a/,ANNA GUZY,of the Borough of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last ~il
and Testament and revoke all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and beqeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00
Dollars to my friend,PETER URICH,
THIRD:I revise and bequeath to my niece,MARY SABATINI,the
house and lot owned by me and situated at 322 Sixth Street,Donora,
Pennsylvania,known as lot number ~in block number 19 of the
Union Improvement Company's Plan of Lots in the Borough of Donora,
being the same property which my former husband and I purchased
from the Todd estate,in fee simple.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
MARY MIHALENKO,with the understanding that she apply a reasonable
sum of such money to pay for Masses for myself and my deceased
husband,Andy Guzy.
FIFTH:I constitute and appoint my niece,MARY SABATINI,
as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 4th day of August,1962.
On the 4th day of August,1962,Anna GUzy Drahushak,a/kia,
Anna GUzy,the above named Testatrix,in our presenc declared the
above instrument,to be her Last Will anq T stament and,bein
unable to sign her name hereto because of physical disability,
directed her name to be subscribed for he which the undersigned,
Paul N.Barna,did subscribe as directed n the presence of the
Testatrix and in the presence of the undersigned,whereupon the
Testatrix,in our presence,unassisted made her k or cross in
the space provided between her names,and ,1 -presence of th
Testatrix,and in tqe presence of each othe ,at the request of
the Testatrix,have subscribed our names as witnesses.
