Will of Bess C.Hayes.
I,Bess C.Hayes,of the Oity of Washington,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,publish and declare the following to be my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made:-
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,
real,personal and mixed,to my two sisters,Lola B.Hayes and
Margaret F.Hayes,for and during the term of their joint lives,an
upon the death of either of them,all my property,real,personal
and mixed,shall vest in the survivor,absolutely and in fee
simple.
Lastly,I hereby constitute and appoint my sisters,
Lo~a B.Hayes and ~rgaret F.Hayes,to be the executrices of
this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my band..... .
