FBntoni t born in Somma Lombardo,province of Milano t Italy;
and now residing in Monongahela,pa.at 607 West Main st j
who has requested me to receive her last will and testament
in public form,and in the presence of the above named wit...
nesses she has stated the terms of her will to be as follows
and which I have written with my own hand:
"I nominate my own son D.Ferdinando Fantoni the univer-
sal h~ir of all the substances of any kind'and wherever
situated which will belong to me at the time of my death,
except the money I have in deposit with the First Nationa
al Bank of Monongahela,pa.,which money I leave to my
three grandchildren Donald,Mary and Polly Fantoni,
divided as follows:One half of the sum to Donald and the
other half to Mary and polly in equal shares.The said
money may be withdrawn by the said grandchildren only
when they become eighteen years of age «
I,notary pUblic,have written than read and explained the
present document to Mfs.Pierina Croce in the continuos pres-
ence of the above named witnesses,who has declared it to be
exactly according to her will.
