me at any time heretofore made.

shall be p~d and satisfied as soon as convenient after my demise,

right and title,a 10 and building,which is situated on Route
88,and which is designated as the homestead,where I live,ad-
joining the property of Crowthers Estate.I also give to my
son William Black,the cemetery lot in Fayette Ci-ty,Pa.I also
give to the said son a certain lot in Monessen.I direct that
