.LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT I,AMALIA ~,alias dictus,
AMELIA ~,widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make,publish and declare this,as and for
My Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and
void any and all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature
thereof,by me,at any time heretofore made.
And as to my wordly estate,and all the property,real,
personal,or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed or
to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,
devise,and bequeath,and dispose thereof in the manner following
to wit:
FIRST:My Will is that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall,by my executors,hereinafter named,be paid out of
my estate,as soon after my decease as shall by them,be found
convenient.
SECOND:And as to all the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal,and mixed,of which I shall die seized
and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my
decease,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my nine children
