Estate of caroline Holding
s.R.Wyckoff,being first duly gworn,deposes and
says that he is Assistant Manager of the Estates Tax
Department of The Cleveland Trust Company,Co-executor
of the Estate of Caroline Holding who died August 24,
1947 a resident of the City of Cleveland,coijnty of
Cuyahoga and State of Ohio.
That deponent desires to colleot income upon,and to
assign or transfer any and all loans,stocks,bonds or
mortgages or enter satisfaction of any such mortgages
as may belong to or stand in the name of the deoedent
located in the commonwealth of pennsylvania.
That decedent is not indebted to any person in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,and that the proposed transfer,
assignment,receipt or entry of satisfaotion is not made
for the purpose of removing any assets of said decedent
beyond the reaoh of any of the oreditors of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
Request is made to transfer:
50 shares Washington Tin Plate Company,capital stock.
The Cleveland Trust company,Co-executor
of the Estate of Caroline Holding,deoeased
