LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,M.TORRANCE DUNLEVY,of Chartiers Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do hereby make,publish and·declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and
the expense of administering my estate be paid by my Executrix hereinafter
named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,
personal and mixed,unto my dear wife,Margaret Ann Dunlevy,for and during
the term of her natural lifetime,hereby giving and granting unto her the right
and privilege of consuming said estate without being required to account there-
for if she,in her sole discretion,deems it necessary for her comfortable
support and maintenance,hereby authorizing and directing that if my said wife,
in her sole discretion,deems it necessary to convert into cash my real estate,
she shall have the full power to convey said real estate in fee simple,at such
price or prices and upon such terms and conditions as she deems best,hereby
relieving the purchaser or purchasers of any duty to inquire into the application
of the purchase price or prices therefor.At the death of my said wife,I give,
devise and bequeath the unconsumed portion of my estate unto my son,Raymond
Earl Dunlevy.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Margaret
Ann Dunlevy,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this --1i----day of November,A.D.1952.
This Instrument consisting of one typewritten page,bearing the
signature of the above named M.TORRANCE DUNLEVY,was by him
on the date hereof signed,sealed,published and declared by him to be his
Last Will and Testament,in our presence,who,at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other,we believing him to be of sound
and disposing mind and memory,have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses.
