FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex- penses be paid as soon after my decease as may be fO~Uld convenient. SECOND.It is my wish,and I do hereby direct that my body be interred in the family lot in the Fredericktown Cemetery at the side of the grave of my deceased husband. THIRD.I give and bequeath to John Alvin Burson,son of Ray T.Burson,of Washington,Pennsylvania,all the books and cases in my library and the library table now in use at my residence. FOURTH.I give and bequeath to Minta Burson,of Washingto , Pennsylvania,all my cut glassware,china dishes,hand-painted dishe , silverware,table linen and serving table in my residence. FIFTH.I give and bequeath to Mrs.Ellen McLaughlin my dining room carpet and all my dining room furniture,except the serv ing table mentioned in the preceding paragraph of this my will. SIXTH.I give and bequeath to Harry McLaughlin the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),the same to be paid to him within the period of six months following the date of my death. SEVENTH.I give and bequeath to Mrs.Stephen McLaughlin my piano. EIGHTH.I give and bequeath to Mrs.Ellen McLaughlin theE bedroom suite formerly used by W.P.Boyd,and the bedclothes and carpet in said room. NINTH.I give and bequeath to my nephew,Ray T.Burson, all my jewelry and articles of personal adornment,to be disposed of as he may see proper. TENTH.I give and bequeath to my nephew,Ray T.Burson, the large clock in the downstairs hall of my residence. •• ELEVENTH.All my household goods,not hereinbefore dis- posed of,I give and bequeath to Mrs.Ellen McLaughlin and Ray T. Burson,and following the appraisement thereof,the said Ray.T. Burson shall have first choice of such furniture,and I hereby direc that no sale of said household goods shall be made on the premises by my Executor,hereinafter n~ed,or either of the said legatees, but that they shall have the right to dispose of the s~e by gift as they may desire. T\VELFTH.I give and bequeath to the First National Bank 0- Fredericktown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Hun- dred Dollars ($200.00),in trust,the income fram which I direct to be used each year to take care of the lots in the old cemetery at Clarksville,Pennsylvania,where distant relatives of mine are in- terred,and also the lot where my father and mother and other rela- tives are buried in the Millsboro Cemetery,at the rear of the Presbyterian Church at Millsboro,Pennsylvania,and also the lot knovm as the Boyd Lot in the Fredericktown Cemetery. THIRTEENTH.I give,devise and bequeath to Ray T.Burson, his heirs and assigns,forever,in fee simple and absolutely,all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed, of every kind and nature,and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease. FOURTEENTH.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pa~ all inheritance,estates,succession and legacy taxes to which my estate,or the transfer of any property hereunder may be subject and to charge such taxes as a part of the expense of administration. LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my nephew, Ray T.Burson,as Executor of this my last will and testmnent.
