LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANIELA DURKA,of Carroll Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Lucy
Minno,all that part or parts of land which I may own at the time of my
death,and situate in Rostraver Township,Westmoreland County,Penn-
sylvania,and being known and designated as Lot 12 in the Plan of Lots
laid out by Daisy B.Waltz et aI,which said Plan is of record in the
Recorder's Office of said County in Plan Book Vol.6 Page 53.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my following named children
the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars each:Joseph Durka,James
Durka,Matthew Durka,Andrew Durka,and Sophia Piscitelli.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may
be situated at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
son,Louis Durka.
FIFTH:I do hereby constitute and appoint my son,Louis
Durka,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
