I,CATHERINE BOYD,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pelli1sylvania,do make and publish this my last Wi~l
and Testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as convenient.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my nephew,
ERNEST BOYD RATHBONE,
I hereby constitute and appoint my said nephew,ERNEST
BOYD RATHBONE,Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
