I,MAUDE C.DORBRITZ,of the Borough of East Washington,
County of Washington,and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills here-
tofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and the
expenses of my funeral be paid.
I direct that all inheritance,succession,
and estate taxes assessed because of my death,whether the prop-
erty or funds to which such taxes are a~tributable pass under
this my Will or not,be borne by the principal of my residuary
estate and that my Executor payor provide for the paYment of
such taxes at such time or times and in such manner as my Execu-
tor deems to be convenient.
SECOND:I give and bequeath my platinum ring set with
a diamond to my granddaughter,NOLA ANN D.LANDRY,unless her
death occurs before mine.
THIRD:I give,bequeath,and devise all the rest and
remainder of my property and estate,personal and real,Which,in
the event of my death before the death of my son,ERNEST O.
DORBRITZ,shall include any policy or policies of insurance on
his life owned by me,to my said son,or,in the event of his
death before mine to my granddaughters,NOLA ANN D.LANDRY and
NORINA D.ISALY.
FOURTH:I appoint my son,ERNEST O.DORBRITZ,Execu-
tor of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event of the

failure of my son to qualify or of his renunciation,resignation,
disability or death,I appoint FIDELITY TRUST COMPANY,of Pitts-
burgh,Pennsylvania,Executor in his stead.
