LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARIA PlRAINA CATERINO of the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form fol-
lowing,hereby revoking and making void any Will or Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby give and bequeath to Vincenzo
Comforte,the sum of one hundred ($100.00)dollars.
THIRD:I hereby give and bequeath to my grand-
son Antonio Rocco,the sum of fifty ($50.00)dollars.
FOURTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my grand-
son Gennaro Rocco,the sum of one hundred ($100.00)dollars.
FIFTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my grand-
daughter,Maria Rocco,the sum of fifty ($50.00)dollars.
SIXTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my
daughter,Rachel Caterina Rocco,the sum of one ($1.00)
dollar,because I have provided for her while living,by
giving her a house.
SEV&~TH:I hereby give and bequeath to my
granddaughter Maria June Caterina,the sum of Two hundred
($200.00)dollars.
EIGHTH:All the rest and residue of my es-

tate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever the same may be
found,I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my son,Pas-
quale Caterina,also known as Charles Catherine.
NINTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my son,Pasquale Caterina,also known as Charles
Catherine,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Tes-
tament,without bond.
IN 'ITNESS lliEREOF,I,Maria Piraina Caterino,
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of September,
1943.
