I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I will,bequeath and devise all my property,of every description,to my son,Anchel Burg,and my daughter, Dorothy Burg,share and share alike,absolutely and in fee. I hereby appoint my son,Anchel Burg,testamentary guardian of my minor daughter,Dorothy Burg,during her minority. I do hereby authorize and empower the said Anchel Burg,as testamentary guardian of my daughter,Dorothy in case he,in his absolute and uncontrolled discretion,shall think fit,during the minority of my daughter,Dorothy,to conduct ~r continue any business in which I may be engaged or interested at the time of my decease,whether alone or in partne~ship with any person or persons,and in the latter case,whether such con- tinuance shall be required by the terms of any article or agree- ment of partnership which may be subsisting at my decease or not; and to enter into any new arrangement or agreement,from time to time,with any partner or partners,in relation to any such • business,either by way of substitution for any arrangement or agreement subsisting at my death,or otherwise,and to take any I Ipartnerorpartnersoradditionalpartnerorpartners,into any such business,and from time to time to alter or vary any arrangement or agreement under which such business may be carried on,or the nature of the business,as the said·guardian may think fit.It is my express intention that said guardian shall have absolute and complete control over the business affairs of my said daughter,and generally,to act in all matters relating to any such business as if he were beneficially entitled thereto,with authority to dele- gate all or any of the powers granted to himi)telation to the said business to any person or persons whom he may think fit;and said I guardian shall in no case be held responsible or liable to my said' daughter in respect of any loss arising in any business which he may conduct or continue under the powers given him in this will.
