I,Joseph Estep,of Union Township,Washington County,Penna.
do make this,my last will and testament,hereby revoking,all
form~r wills by me heretofore made.
First,I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my estate,by my Executor,hereina.fter named,as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.

My farm,situate in Union Township,Washington County,Penna.
contain1ing one hundred acres,or thereabout,I order and direct to
be converted into money,as soon after my decease as a fair and
satisfactory price can be obtained therefor;and for that purpose,
I do authorize and empower my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell
and dispose of my said real estate,at public od pri!ate sale,for
a fair and satisfactory price,and by proper dee~,to be-~uly exe-
cuted,acknowledged and p~rfected,to grand ,convey and assure the
same to the purchaser or phuchaeere thereof in fee simple.And
when the said real estate shall be converted into money as afore-
said,then I will and direct that the same shall be divided into
IItwo ~arts or shares,and disposed of as follows,to wi t:three eight"
(3/8)of the whole amount to be paid over to my son W.J.Estep,and
the remaining five eighths (5/8)to.be paid over to my daughter,
Hattie F.Estep.
I All my per"sonal property,I give and bequeath to my son,
r.J.Estep and My daughter Hattie F.Estep ,to be divided between
them as equally as may be,or otherwise disposed of as they may
elect.
