Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and mempry,do make and publish
this my last will a~d testament,in manner and form following;
To my eldest s~ster-,Mrs Elizabeth Schaffer,203 Second ave.,
Carnegie,Pennsylvania,I bequeathe and devise all of my personal
and incidental belongings,after my funeral expenses and Clirrent
bills have been paid.
To my,COIDnlOn Law Wife,Lucy Gantz,I bequeathe the SlW of Five
Dollars,($5.00).
And I hereby conptituee and appoint my said sister,to be my
Bxeaatrix of this my last will and testament,revoking and
annulling all former wills'by me made,ano ratifying and confirming
