LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNE DAY,of Richeyville,Centerville Borough,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this,My Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may conven.

SECOND:All of my estate,real,personal or mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever found and which I may have the
right to dispose of,I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,
Barbara Zayakosky,absolutely.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
sister,Barbara Zayakosky,to be the Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 19thday of March,1962.
