being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish,and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by
me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whatsoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Mary Donina.If
my said beloved wife should predecease me or if we should both die
in a common accident,or at the same time,then I give,devise,
and bequeath the same unto my beloved children,Manuel F.Donina
and Joseph P.Donina,share and share alike.
