LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JENNIE M.COLVIN
I,JENNIE M.COLVIN,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me
at any time made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,
shall,as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses and expenses of the settlement of my estate.
SECOND:All my personal effects,including jewelry and
~ousehold goods,are to be divided among my four children,as they
shall select.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
rreal,personal or mixed,of what nature or kind soever,and where-
soever situate,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to my
four children,Garnet Colgan,Mabel Carson,Enoch Colvin and
Frances Johnston,their heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I hereby authorize and direct my Executor,
hereinafter named,to convert into money,as soon as can conven-
iently be done after my decease,all real estate owned by me or
in which I may have an interest,and for such purpose I do hereby
authorize and empower my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell and
convey,in fee simple,all my real estate,as a whole or in parts,
either at public or private sale,without any liability of the
purchaser for the application,non-application or mis-application
of the purchase money,and to execute and deliver all such deeds
or other assurances as I could have done if living,and pending
such sales,I hereby authorize and direct my said Executor to
lease my said real estate in whole or in parts upon such terms and

for such rentals as my Executor shall deem most advantageous to my
estate.
FIFTH:I hereby appoint my son,Enoch Colvin of the City
of Monongahela,as the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 19th day of October,in the year of our Lord,one
thousand nine hundred and forty (1940).

ennie M.Colvin as and for her Last Will and Testament in the
resence of us,who,at her request,and in her presence,and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses thereto.
