I,LUCY DEVORE,of Nottingham Township,Washington

County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding
do make,pUblish and declare this as and for my Last ill and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all
Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct the payment of all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease.
SECOlI,lI):I give,devis·e and bequeath the use,occupancy and
enjoyment of my farm situate in Nottingham Township,together with
all stock,machinery and other personal property thereon,unto my
son,Samuel Devore,for and during the term of his natural life,
and upon his death,I give,devise and bequeath said farm,together
with all stock,machinery and other personal property thereon,
absolutely unto my grandson,Thomas Henry Devore (son of said
Samuel Devore);and if my said grandson should not survive his
father,then I give said farIn,together with all stock,machinery
and other personal property thereon,share and share alike to my
children,Myrtle Miller,Nellie Kerr,Mabel Ford and James Devore,
their heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give,devise and bequeath,share and share alike unto my
children,Myrtle Miller,Nellie Kerr,Mabel Ford,James Devore and
Samuel Devore,their heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I do nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Samuel Devore,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
