~LL OF HENRY F.CARL
I,Henry F.Carl,of Independence Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare
the following to be my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made~-
1.I direct my executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
2.As I have already given my son,Grover Carl,
the Asa funchester farm,I make no further provision for him
in this my will.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Earl
carl,the McConnell farm on which he now lives for and during
the term of his natural life,and at his death I give,devise
and bequeath the remainder interest therein to his three
children,whose names are as follows:-Ivan Carl,Riley Carl
and illiam Carl.
4.As I have already given my son,James carl,
money and notes as his share of my estate,I make no further
provision for him in this my will.
5.As I have already given my son,George Carl,
money and notes as his share of my estate,I make no further
provision for him in this my will.
6.I give and bequeath to the following children
of my daughter,Nannie Carl Cunningham,the following bequests:-
To Ethel Yates,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars;to Edna Yoders,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars;to Mary Adams,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars
to Henry Cunningham the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars;
to Robert Cunningham the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar,the said

Robert having already received his share.
7.I give and bequeath to my son,Earl,all
livestock and farm implements now on the farm on which he
lives.
8.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I divide into
six shares to be distributed as follows:-
To Molly Moore,one share;to Sadie Vaughn,one
share;to Lucy craig,one share;to Ida Pettibon,one share;
to Annie Carl,one share'tand the remaining share divided among
the children of my daughter,Twila Cheesebrough,to-wit,Ross
Cheesebrough,Jr.,Lois Cheesebrough and Wayne Cheesebrough.
9.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
George Carl,and my daughter,Lucy Craig,to be the executors
of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this eleventh (11th)day of May,1 9 3 8.
Signed,sealed,pUblished and declared by the
above named Henry F.Carl as and for his last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who have hereunto SUbscribed our names
at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said
Testator and of each other.
