publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:I direct my ~xecutor hereinafter named to
convert all my estate into cash and to pay and distribute the
proce~s of my estate to the following persons and in the follow-
ing proportions,to wit:BEULAH WHITHAM,2/6;and to each of
my children namely,HAROLD,ROBERT,VIRGINIA and VIRGIL 1/6 ~ach.
THIR!l:I do hereby nominate and appoint DAVID H.W~INER,
