I,MARGARET POLLOCK HARSHA,of the Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and fublish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1.I direct my just debts,~uneral expenses and inheritance taxes be paid out of the residue of my estate. 2.I give and devise my two-thirds interest in the home farm of 140 Acres~ more or less,situated in the South Strabane Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,to William Pollock,Mary Pollock and James Pollock,being two nephews and a niece of mine,in equal froFortions. 5.I give and bequeath to my niece,Mary Pollock,the household goods, furniture,furnishings,equipment,etc.,in my residence that came from the Pollock relations. 4.I give and devise my two adjacent houses and lot,one house No.50 North Avenue and the other house No.510 East Chestnut Street in the Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as follows:- To James Pollock,a nephew,1/12th thereof,Mary Pollock,a niece,1/12th thereof and William Pollock,a nephew,1/12th thereof. 5.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatever kind and wherever situated,including the 5/4th interest in the two houses and lot refeered to in paragrafh 4 above,I give,devise and bequeath to the Citizens National Bank of Washington,located at Washington,Pennsylvania,in trust for my grand-so~,Walter Berry Whitcher~II,for his maintenance,education and support.The said trustee performing the active duties of trustee in handling this portion of my estate and in using its judgment and discretion in investing re-investing for the maintence,supfort and edu~ation of my.said.grand-son~ Walter Berry Whitcher II;and provide that i~the.income from the trust should not be sufficient for the purposes herein mentioned,then the trustee in its discretion shall have the right to use so.much or all of the principal sum as may be found necessary or advisable to carry out the purpose of said trust. • ". •c "-...: 6.This trust for Walter Berry Whitcher II to terminate and all remainin property of every kind be turned over to said Walter Berry Whitcher II when he attains the age of thirty (30)years. 7.If,however,the said Walter Beery Whitcher II,should die before attaining the age of 30 years,leaving a child or children to survive him then this trust shall terminate and the whole thereof payable to his said child or children:should he die without leaving a child or children to survive him prior to his attaini g the age of 50 years,then I direct the said Trustee to pay the one-fourth of the said trust fund to each of my nephews,William Pollock and James Pollock and my niece,Mary Pollock and the remaining one-four to the Trustees of the Second United Presbyterian Church of Washington Penna., they to invest the same and pay the one-half of the income therefrom into the Treasury of the said Church and the one-half of the income to the Treasurer of the Woman's Missionary Society of that Church. 8.I hereby authorize the trustee herein named to invest in stocks of Pennsylvania Railroad and other ~tocks and bonds in its discretion whether the same are within the class of legal investments or otherwise. 9.·1 hereby authorize and empower my said trustee in its discretion to sell and convey all or any part of my real estate,that is or may come into or be a part of the trust estate,and to execute and deliver a deed or deeds for the same to the purchaser or purchasers with the same force and effect as I could do if fiving;the Froceeds therefrom to be part of the trust herein created and to be invested under and in accordance with the terms and condition of the trust herein created. 10.Whereas Walter Berry Whitcher II,is the owner of certain household goods now in my home that came to him from his mother.I hereqy constitute and appoint my nephew,William Pollock,Guardian of the said Walter Berry Whitcher II to take care of these articles until he becomes twenty-one years of age. • I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,the Citizens National Bank of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament..
