LAST WILL AND TESTAN8NT I,STEPHEN HAJOSTEK also known as STIF HAJOSTEK,a resident of the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made. FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found conven- ient. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,JOHN HAJOSTEK,and my daughter,FRANCES RENO,share and ahare alike, my house and lot situate on Walnut Street in the Borough of Donora, Washington County,Pennsylvania,subject to the obligation of maintaining and educating my daughter,MARY HAJOSTEK,but without liability to account so long as they shall maintain and educate her until she graduates from highschool or is married. THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and description,whether real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my four children,JOHN HAJOSTEK,FRANCES R~NO,PAUL HAJOST8:K and MARY HAJOSTEK,share and share alike. FOURTH:I make,constitute and appoint FRANCES REN , executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and direct that no bond be required of her as said executrix.
