OF JOSEPH JOHN DURAY I,JOSEPH JOHN DURAY,of Robinson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time previously made, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following: FIRST:I direct my Executrix or Executrices,hereinafter named,to pay and satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is conveniently possible. SECOND:In the event that my wife,ROSELEA M.DURAY,shall be alive at the time of the probate of this,my Last Will and Testa- ment,I then give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,to my said wife,ROSELEA M.DURAY,absolutely,and in such case,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,ROSELEA M.DURAY,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,and direct that she shall not be required to file any bond in connection with the settle- ment of my said estate. THIRD:In the event that my wife,ROSELEA M.DURAY,shall not be living at the time of the probate of this,my Last Will and Testament,I give and bequeath as follows: a.To my daughter,MARY DOBECK,of Carnegie, Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,the sum of $2,000.00, b.To my son,JOSEPH DURAY,JR.,of Westmont, Illinois,his heirs and assigns,the sum of $2,000.00, c.To my daughter,ROSE AURAND,of McDonald, Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,the sum of $2,000.00, d.To my daughter,FRANCES KNOWLES,of Clarion, Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,the sum of $2,000.00, e.To my daughter,FLORENCE DRUGMAND,of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,the sum of $2,000.00, and I give qnd devise as follows: a.To my son,FRANK DURAY,of McDonald,Pennsylvania, his heirs and assigns,my real estate,consisting of a lot of approximately 40 by 140 feet on the West side of Valley street,Robinson Township, Washington County,Pennsylvania,on which is erected a one story frame house numbered 345 Valley street, All the rest and residue of my estate,both real and personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to my six children,MARY DOBECK,JOSEPH DURAY,JR.,ROSE AURAND,FRANCES KNOWLES,FLORENCE DRUGMAND and FRANK DURAY,their heirs and assigns forever,and in such case,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughters,MARY DOBECK and ROSE AURAND,as Executrices of this,my Last Will and Testament, and direct that they shall not be required to file any bond in connection with the settlement of my said estate.
