LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED,That I,SEBASTIAN DiBIASE,of the
Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make th s as and
for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void all wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct the payment of all my just
debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate,and
inheritance taxes as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my personal property,of
what nature or k nd soever,and wheresoever the same shall be at
the time of my death,unto my beloved wife,Adele DiBiase,her
heirs and assigns,forever.
THIRD:I will and devise unto my beloved wife,Adele
DiBiase,my property known as Nos.129 and 131 East Pike Street
in the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
for and during the term of her natural life,and upon her death,
the remainder in fee unto my daughter,Rafaela Ada DiBiase;pro-
vided that upon the death of my said wife my said daughter shall
pay to my son,Asperino DiBiase,the sum of Four Thousand
($4,000.00)Dollars within one year after the death of my Wife,
Which said amount shall be charged upon the real estate until paid.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate

LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
