I,EMIL DELOLY,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament,and revoke all Wills by rre at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expense
of my illness and funeral.
2.I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,Emil F.
Deloly,and my daughter,Yvonne Bertha Pasterick,all of my estate
real or personal and wherever situate,in equal one-half shares,
their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Emil F.
Deloly,to be Executor of this my Will,and I direct that he shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he
may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament,this 17th day of July,One thousand
nine hundred and fifty-seven (1957).
