I,BENJAMIN L.BECK,
Bulger ,County of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
,a.s conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath unto Robert Ritchie,
Bulger,Pennsylvania,the sum of One hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Thi~d:I give,devise and bequeath unto my niece,Caroline
Coleman,Prichard,Alabama,the sum of One hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Fourth:I give,devise and bequeath unto my nephew,William
Cole,Oakdale,P~nna.,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Fifth:I give,devise and bequeath unto my grand-niece,
Florence Beck,Bulger,Penna.,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
Sixth:In the assets of my estate will be found a mortgage
on property located'in North Fayette T~lnship,Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania,against my niece,Mary Beck,McDonald,Penna.,
on $200.00 of wh~ch'principal there is to be no interest collected
by my executor,hereinafter n~ed,and in the final distribution of
my estate,One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars of the unpaid balance of
said mortgage is to be satisfied of record as a bequest to the
said niece,Mary Beck,and One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars principal
amount of the balan~e of the said mortgage is to be assigned to my
nephew,Miller Beck,McDonald,Penna.,as a bequest.
Seventh:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my nephew,Roy Beck,and my niece,Annie Ritchie,
both of BUlger,Pennsylvania,SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE.
