Nottingham Township.,Washington County,Pennsylvania,a citizen of United States,died
at 2:22 o'clock p.-Il1.,on the 16th,_day of June,A.D.19 471
leaving an estate of the estimated value of $_~Q.OO.00 personalty,and $500.00
realty,said real estate being located in City of Monongahela,Washington Connty,
Pennsylvania,J consisting of an Undivided interest in house and lot
located on Chess Street in said City.

LAST ILL A1-m TESTAMENT
OF
ELIZABETH E.:B.HOUGH.
I,~LIZA:BETH E.B.HOUGH,of Nottingham Township,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare the follow-
ing to be my Last ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all ~ills by me at any time heretofore made:
First:I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,
pay all my just debts,funeral expenses and costs of the adminis-
tration of my estate,as soon as may be conveniently done after
my decease.
Third:The gold~atch of my deceased husband in my safe
deposit box in the First National Bank,Monongahela,Fa.,is the
property of my grand-son,Gerald Lawrence Hough,and I direct my
Executor to deliver the same to him.
Fourth:I will and bequeath to the boy whom I have
raised,Joseph Gibbons Hough,the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00)
ollars in cash;unto him the said Joseph Gibbons Hough absolutely
Fifth:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
property and estate,real,~ersonal and mixed,I will,devise and
bequeath unto my son,Joseph Kammerer Hough,and to him,his
heirs and assigns forever.
Sixth:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my Bon,.Toseph Kammerer Hough,the Executor of this my Last 'fill
and Testament,who shall serve as such Executor without Bond,
whether living within or without the Commonwealth of Penneylva-
nia at the time of my decease.
IN WITNESS mEREOF,I hav.e hereunto set my hand and
s.a1,this a1 day of ~,A.D.,One Thousand Nine
Hundred 'and Thirty-eight,(1938).

named Testatrix as and for her Last Will and Testament,in our
presence,Who,in her presence and at her request and in the
