I,ELIZABETH BARKER,of Union Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,here-
by revoking and makifl.g void each and every former wi 11 and all former
wills,by me at any time her.etofore made.
FIBST:-I order and direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
SEC01m:-All my property and estate,real,personal and
mixed,of every kind and nature,wheresoever situate,I give,bequeath
and devise to my husband,Richard Barker,his heirs and assigns for-
ever,absolutely and in fee simple.
THIRD:-I nominate,constitute and a~point my husband,
Richard Barker,Executor of this my last will and testaTIent.
