I,JACOB U.BUMGARNER of the borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made,and in-
tending hereby to dispose of all the estate of which I shall be
seized or possessed at the time of my decease.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to n~granddaughter
Edna Ross my property located on Bruce Street,Washington,Penn-
sylvania,known by street Number 1277.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my grandson,Harry
Robertson my property located on Bruce Street,Washington,Penn-
'sylvania,known by street.Number 1279.
4.All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
reel,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Elizabeth G.Bumgarner end my daughter Emily G.Bumgarner,share
and sbare alike.
5.I give,to my executor hereinafter named full power
and authority to sell at pUblic or private sale,lease or mort-
gage any real estate of which I may die seized,Rt such prices,
upon such terms,conditions,exceptions and reservations e.s she
may deem proper,end in general to hold,handle or dispose of
any real estate of which I may die seized,as fully and complete-
ly as I myself could do if living,and further,to make,execute
and deliver all deeds,leases,mortgages or other instruments
with relation thereto.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife Elizabeth G.
Bumgarner es executor of this my last will and testament.
