I,Charles H.Dorsey,of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my last will and testa-
ment,hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
First.I give and bequeath to my three children,
Cha.!'les H.Dorsey,Jr.,John'W.Dorsey and Alice DOi'sey Marstei's,
in equal shares,such intei:'est·as I may have at the time of my
death (my present interest being an undivided 450/1150ths thei'ein)
in and to a sailboat with the class name of ltLightningl',now at
Baltimoi:'e,Maryland,but usually sailed fi:'om Cape May,New Jei'sey.

estate,both real and personal,of whatsoevei'nature and whereso-
ever situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Alice S.
DOi:'sey,if she survives me,but if she does not sUi:'vive me,then

Third.I appoint my wife,Alice S.Dorsey,and my two

of this will and I direct that no bond be required of anyone of

of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
