RENUNCIATION
I,CORNELL H.CORDIE,the Executor named in
the ill of Addie V.Cordie,dated December 29,1932,do
hereby renounce m right to Letters Testamentary and request
that Letters of Administration C.T ••be granted to Loyal M.
Barnard.

I,Addie V.Cordie,of the Borough of Deemston.Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and declare this my Last Will and
Testament.hereby revoking and making void all former wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as can be conveniently done after my
decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my Son,Cornell
I H.Cordie of Wilmington.Delaware,one third of my estate,in
trust.however,for my daughter,Frances C.Walker,of Mead-
ville,Pennsylvania,for a period of ten years,from the date
of my decease.I direct that the said Cornell H.Cordie Trus-
tee,shall not be required to give any bond to secure this
bequest and that he shall pay over to the said Frances C.
Walker the income from said sum semi-annually.Whatever mention-
ed as income,is intended to mean the net income,at such inter-
est as the trustee may receive on safe investments and not to
be limited to so called Pennsylvania Legal Investments for fidu-
ciaries.At the end of ten years he shall pay over to the said
Frances C.Walker,or her heirs,the principal of said sum.
This bequest shall not be liable to her debts,contracts or
engagements.
Third.I give,devise and bequeath to my Son,Cornell H.
Cordie one third of my estate,or his heirs,absolutely.
Fourth.I give,devise and bequeath,the remaining one
third of my estate,to my daughter,Allice C.Barnard,and her
heirs,absolutely.
Fift~.I hereby appoint my son,Cornell H.Cordie,Executor,
of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof,I,Addie V.Cordie,the said Testatrix
have,to this m will,set my hand and seal this ~~day of
December A.D.1932.
