LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
JOSEPH BOECKX
I,Joseph Boeckx,of East Pike Run Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,publish and declare this my last will and
testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills
by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as
follo~s:
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath unto my son,Ernest Boeckx,
all the household furniture,curtains,drapes,rugs and dishes
and all other items commonly used as household furniture.
Third.I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to
convert all of my property,real and personal,into cash,
hereby authorizing and empowering my said Executor to execute
and deliver such instruments and writings as are necessary to
carry out my direction in this paragraph contained,and to
divide the proceeds from the conversion of my said read and
personal estate,after deducting all necessary charges and
expenses incident to said conversion,along with such money as
I may have on hand or in bank at the time of my death,shae and
share alike,among the following:-my daughter,Mary Macau,and
my sons,Julius C.Boeckx,Victor Boeckx,Arthur Boeckx and
Ernest Boeckx.
Fourth.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Julius
C.Boeckx,as the sole Executor of this my Last :111 and Testament.
