LAST WILL .AND TESTAMENT OF JOSEPH L.CONN""ELL.
I,Joseph L.Connell,being of sound mind and not under duress or any
persuasion,do hereby will and bequeath all of the property,either
real estate,personal property,household goods or furniture,which may
be mine at the time of my death,as follows,to wit;
The sum of one dollar($I.OO)to my wife,Christina M.Julius Connell,who
was not to share in my estate in accordance with an agreement entered
into between myself and Christina M.Julius before our marriage.
The sum of one dollar($l.OO)to my stepson,Joseph S.Julius.
All Geographic Magazines in my possesion to my son,Joseph L.Connell,
Junior.
All of the remainder of my estate,whether real estate,personal property,
household goods or furniture,or any proceeds or income therefrom,shall
be divided equally,share and share alike as near as possible,among my
four children,namely;Joseph L.Connell,Junior,Helen rie Connell,
and Mary Esther Connell,children of my first wife,Marie K.Connell;and
David John Connell,Child of my second wife,Christina M.Julius Connell,
unless one or more of the aforesaid children shall precede me in death,
in which case that share or shares shall be given to his or her heir or
heirs,if any.In case any of the above mentioned children shall precede
me in death,and shall have no heir or heirs,the share or shares intended
for them shall be divided equally among the surviving children.
It is requested that my heirs set aside funds to afford me a simple burial,
and that said burial be beside my first wife,Marie K.Connell.
I hereby name as executors of this,my last will and testament,the fol-
lowing persons,namely;Mrs.Mazie C.Faulx,of North Charleroi,Pa.,and
Miss Esther Connelly,of Charleroi,Pa.
