I,BELVA DILLS,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound m.ind,m.elllory and understand-
ing,do lllake,publish and declare this as and for m.y Last Will and
Testam.ent,hereby revoking and m.aking null and void any and all wills
and testaIllents or writings in the nature thereof by m.e at any tim.e
heretofore m.ade.
FIRST:I direct that all m.y just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon after m.y decease as _can con:v-eniently be
done,and in connection therewith I direct that approxim.ately Fifteen
Hundred Dollars ($1500.00)be paid by m.y executors f-or funeral ex-
penses."
SECOND:I direct that Illy executors sell all of m.y
real estate of which I m.ay die seized,as soon as conveniently m.ay be
done after m.y decease,for such prices,upon such terms,and in such
way and m.anner as m.ay be deeIlled wise and to the best interest of
my estate,and to make good deeds therefor,to the purchaser thereof,
without any obligation on the latter to see to or be responsible for the
application of the purchase m.oney.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and rem.ainder of m.y e.s-
tate,whether real,personal or m.ixed,and wheresoever the sam.e m.ay
be situate at the tim.e of m.y death,I give,devise and bequeath to m.y
sister,Pearl Carter;m.y sister,Myrtle Baer;m.y brother,Earl Robinson;
my sister,Violet Thacker;m.y sister,Daisy Johnson;m.y brother,Edgar
Robinson;and m.y niece,Deborah Robinson,who is a daughter of Fred
Robinson;share and share alike.In the event any of m.y said residuary
legatees shall die prior to m.y death,the share of such deceased legatee
shall be distributed among the reITlaining residuary legatees,who .ITlay
be living at the tiITle of ITly death,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I do hereby constitute and appoint my brother,
Earl Robinson,of Dayton,Ohio,and ITly attorney,Geo~O.Frazier,of
Donora,Pennsylvania,as Executors of this ITly Last Will and Testa-
ITlent.
