LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,MARY Z.DORSEY,a resident of West Brownsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
(1).I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses,including any inheritance taxes due,shall be paid
by me Executors out of my residuary estate before distribution
thereof.
(2).I hereby direct my Executors hereinafter named
to distribute certain personal articles of mine,in accordance
with a memorandum which I have given them.
(3).I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto John
C.Zediker,of Eighty Four,Pennsylvania,the sum of One
Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars.
(4).I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto
Ruth Cooper,of Eighty Four,Pennsylvania;Jane Reihner,of
Washington,Pennsylvania;and Marjorie Zediker,of Eighty Four,
Pennsylvania,each the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100
($250.00)Dollars.
(5).All the rest,residue and r.emainder of my
estate,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my decease,I hereby direct shall be divided into four
(4)parts,as follows:
(1).One-Fourth (1/4)thereof to the children
of John Zediker,namely:John Zediker,Jr.and Marjorie Zediker.
(2).One-Fourth (1/4)thereof to my brother,
William Zediker.

(3)•One-Fourth (1/4)thereof to my brother,
Robert Zediker.
(4).One-fourth (1/4)thereof to my sister,Ruth Berry.
I hereby nominate and appoint my brother,William
Zediker and my nephew,John Zediker,to be the Executors of this
my Last Will and Testament.
