annexed upon the estate of NATHANIEL HOil~S,deceased,were
duly granted unto Susan Holmes,Executrix and William Holmes,
John Holmes and James H.Wright,Executors in said will named
who being duly sworn well and truly to administer the goods
and chattels,right sand credits,which were of said deceased,
according to law and rights and credits Which were of said
deceased according to Law and to camply with.the Acts of
Assembly Delating to Collateral Inheritances.
