I,HALLIE C.BAXENDELL,a resident of
Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
Item I.I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be
found convenient.
Item II.I give and bequeath to my son,Billy
Baxendell,my piano.
Item III.All the rest,remainder and residue
of my estate,I give and bequeath to my daughter,Katharine
Baxendell,and my son,Billy maxendell,equally,share and
share alike.
.Item IV.I hereby nominate and appoint The
Citizens National Bank of Washington,its successors and
assigns,as the executor of this my last will and testament,
and to be the guardian of my son,Billy Baxendell.
