LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILLIAM B.HERRON,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
ind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
ill and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
ade:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my grandson,Harold K.
erron,the sum of $150.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,per-
onal,or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise,and hequeat
to my four children,Ross J.Herron,Allen M.Herron,Mary E.Keene
nd Annie D.Polen,shal'e and sha.re alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
on Ross J.Herron,Executor of this my Last Willand Testament.
