Act No.25 of 1921,approved March 4,1921,amends Clause (1)of Section 21 of the Act of
June 7,1921,P.L.447 (Fiduciaries Act)by adding thereto,the following:"In the case of appli-

and whether any children have been born to such testator since the execution of the will offered for
probate."

I,Frank Hobrat,of Ford City,County of Armstrong,and State'of Penn-
sylvania,County of Armstrong,and State of Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish th1s my
last W1ll and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath the amount of $100 to my brother
Stanley Hobrat.
Third:I give,~evlse and bequeath the amount of $100 to my brother,
Joe Hobrat.
Fourth:All the rest and residue of my e~tFte real,personal and mixed i
wherever or whatsoever same may be at the time of my death,and con-
slstlng mainly of deposit in the Peoples Bank of Ford City,my Barber
Shop located on Flfth Avenue,Ford Clty and all my furnlture situated
in Ford City,and real estate situated at Slovan,Pennsylvania;also
the benefits due on my life insurance policy in the Canada Life Insu-
rance Company,I give,devise and bequeeth to Edmund and Leo Surmacz
of Trafford City,Pennsylvania.
I do herpby make,constltute and appOint Joe Hobrat and Edmund Surmaca,
to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
