LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,REYNOLDS J.DEEMS,of Fredericktown,R.F.D.#1,
Washington County,Fa.,do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any former will
heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
Second.I direct that my neighbor CHARLES COVIN make all
of my funeral arrangements and should he predecease me then
I direct that his daughter Margaret Spade shall make all of
the arrangements for my funeral.
Third.T give and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed to Charles Covin,if living,if not,then
then to his daughter,Margaret Spade.
Fourth.I do hereby name,constitute and appoint
Charles Covin and Margaret Spade,as Executors of this my last
WILL and TESTAMENT.
