and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Paraska.Chopak,
all the estate I shall possess at the time of my decease,be the same
real,personal or mixed.
THIRD.Before my estate shall pass to rqy wife,I direct that she
'Pcly over to the Miracle of st.Archangel Michael Church in Zubensko,
powit Lisko,postoffice Lupkow,East Galicia,former Austrian province,
the sum of one hundred ($100.00)dollars,as a fUnd from which interest
shall be used for services in behalf of our souls,in accordance with
directions to be contained in a letter which shall accompany the money
when transmitted to such Church after my death.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my wi fe,Paraska Chonak,
to be my executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
