being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby make,
ordain,publish,and declare,this to be my last Will and Testamentl-
1,I ORDER ND DIRI.W'r,That my executor hereinafter named pay
all my just debLs and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
conveniently may be.
2,AFTER the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I
give,devise,and bequeath unto my wife,Anna K-Brenton,and my
son,Ian C.Brenton,all my estate,real,personal,or mixed,of
Ievery kind and description,and wherever situate,share and share
alike.
3,I ~~KE,Constitute,and appoint my son,Alan c.Brenton,
