I,CATHARINE DURBIN,of the City of Washington, Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my illness and funeral. 2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate,wheresoever situate,in equal shares to my two daughters, Magdalen D.McManus,of New Salem,Pennsylvania,and Marcella D. Jones,of Washington,Pennsylvania,their heirs and assigns forever. 3.I give and bequeath all of my clothing and jewelry in equal shares to my two daughters,Magdalen D.McManus and Marcella D.Jones,their heirs and assigns forever. 4.I give and bequeath to my dear friend,Mrs.Lena Brehl,of Washington,Pa.,her heirs and assigns forever,the clothes press which I have and use in her home,where I reside. 5.I give and bequeath all of my Penn Manufacturing Company stock to my two daughters,above named,in equal shares, their heirs and assigns forever. 6.I give and bequeath to my Executrix,hereinafter named,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,to be used as she alone sees fit for the benefit of my granddaughter,Bernice McManus,who is in the Institution at Polk. 7.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal,I give and bequeath as follows: (a)To the Immaculate Conception Church,of Washington,Pennsylvania,the sum of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars,to be used for the purpose of having High Masses said for my father,Nick Niederprim,my mother,Magdalen Niederprim, my husband,George Durbin,and myself.
